BEHIND THAT FACADE
Had a good chat with QiYun and JiaJie in the afternoon. How long ago was it that they had last entertained me?? It's quite surprising that they responded to me the same way they did back in sem 1.
As for my childhood friend, u did a fantastic job for the inpromptu speech!
Happy New Year!! Tomorrow is New Years Day. I have few new year resolutions..
1)To get better grades
2)To reunite Clique 7
3)To give my dear sis her SUSHI
4)To join track and field *hehe*[external factors huh QiYun]
5)To "TRY MY LUCK"
I had edited the previous post. AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!! FIRDAUS WILL BE ACTING LIKE A MONKEY IN FRONT OF THE LT ON FRIDAY!! HEHE! TIL NXT TIME!!

Lately, Amjad, Firdaus, Lutfi and me had started hanging out tgt. It's a surprise for me and Amjad considering we hated malays in the past.. and here are 4 malays starting a new clique. Lutfi and Amjad are an exciting bunch. For 2 people who hated me back in week 0, we sure click well. We're so close to the extent of a proposal for a G1-G4 chalet.. 2 most spontaneous classes in Biomedical Science.
Alright.. time for Amjad to be happy! The four of us played few games of pool.. Lutfi & ME VS Amjad & Firdaus. Lutfi and i earned 3 wins.. an achievement for beginners!! How did we win?? First win.. with the black ball just an inch from the hole, it was a sure win for Amjad and Firdaus. However, a complacent Firdaus poked the ball wrongly and Lutfi was left to "touch" the ball in. Second win.. Firdaus slot the black ball! To his dismay, the white ball went in as well. A second sure win for Amjad and Firdaus given away. Third win.. Amjad confidently slot the ball in.. it was the white one!! LOL. Lutfi and i, our luck were so good, the black ball rolled in as well! A third sure win once again given away. At that point, the score was 3-1. When the game ended, the score read 3-4. How did Lutfi and i lost?? N-A-D-I-A-H. With Nadiah playing few tables away, Amjad got his inspiration and took the game by storm.
After the game ended, we decided to eat at LJS. Guess who we met if it wasn't NADIAH! Call it coincidence if u want to.. i shall call it fate. And when i mentioned Nadiah's name, Amjad can't help it but smiled from EAR TO EAR! ^_^
We then walked around Parkway Parade. U guessed it! Once again, we met.. say it with me Amjad.. NADIAH! Strong affinity they both have, so much so that i told Amjad that were he and Nadiah to meet again, he must stead with her. HAHA!

Blood Bank tour was fun!! We got to see how serological tests were done! We even got to see how we'll work in future! Blood donation seemed scary to me at first, but after witnessing it with my very own eyes, it wasn't as scary as i had first imagined. There were few freezers in blood bank with temperatures as low as -85degrees. Standing in front of a -36degree freezer had already caused us to shiver.. imagine INSIDE!! To those who wanna work part-time, do try working in Blood Bank.. $8/hr pls!
After Blood Bank tour, Amjad, Lutfi, Rahimi, Firdaus and i went to Bugis to eat Murtabak before meeting Candy and co. We had an arcade basketball marathon that made me laugh til my somach hurts. All of us had not tried basketball before yet managed a 67% score! Amjad even scored backwards. LOL!
After Friday prayers, the 5 of us had a game of soccer. I scored two spectacular goals- a long range effort and an overhead kick! But frankly, i'm not as good as Amjad. His skills seem to be endorsed by Nadiah. When one of my friends said "Nadiah has big breasts", he dribbled past the whole team and and scored! LOL! It had meant to be a joke.

Reveal 10 weird things/habits/little known facts abt oneself
-i used to hate girls
back in primary sch, girls were my worst nightmare, my ENEMY. ShuYi can definitely testify to this. presently, i enjoy girls' accompany. i do make negative comments on girls, just to DISTURB them. I'M NOT A SEXIST LA. WALAO.
-i'm a good liar
people just believe me when i lie coz i do it naturally, without revealing any expression.
-i was bullied back in sec 1&2
back then, i didn't know how to stand up for myself. i allowed myself to be led by the nose. now, i bully(tease) ppl!! ^_^
-psychology was my preferred choice to biomed science
i wanted psychology but my L1R4 was just too high. furthermore, SCIENCE IS MY WEAKEST SUBJECT!! yet i'm in applied science now. heh.
-my two longest-known classmates used to be my "enemies"
i used to quarrel with ShuYi back in primary sch. in sec sch, we didn't even bother abt each other. aisah and i, we quarreled almost everyday back in sec sch.. just making stupid remarks to one another. Now, both are my friends!!
-i have uncles and aunties younger than me
my youngest aunt is only 11, my youngest uncle is only 14.
-i love to motivate ppl
well, it's not proven as yet. so far, i have only 1 "victim".. JiaJie. i gave her some encouraging words before her table-tennis competition. whether it's effective or not, that's for her to comment. but she still won gold anyway.
-i cannot see girls crying
not sensitive but my i'm soft-hearted when it comes to this. i will just pacify them.
-i was a 'hated-figure' during wk 0
though my classmates were driven by my enthusiasm, i was hated for the same reason by other classes. they're just prejudiced against me because they dun even know me! we still won the prize for the most enthusiastic class anyway. many said it was because of me and firdaus.. i say it was a class effort.
-i'm against smoking and riding motorbikes
i'm not sure why but these are the two things i won't try in life.

Well, i wouldn't call it term break.. more like project period. I have 6 projects in total.. 2 Leadership, Basic FA, HPI, CSAS and CellB! To make it worse, my movie-review is due next week!
Basic FA project is a killer! Since sec 3, i was unfazed by any accounting question that came my way. And yet, the Basic FA qns gave me a headache. If it was to be an exam, it'll definitely be a straight F for me. To those who wanna give up Basic FA, i'm always here whenever u need help! =)
Sports Festival is coming very soon but my team is definitely not ready for the competition. There is simply no chemistry between us. To be frank, we are still "ambitious individuals" who think we can put on a one-man-show and take the competition by storm. It's time we quit dreaming. LET THE REAL WORK BEGIN.

Lately, Amjad, Firdaus, Lutfi and me had started hanging out tgt. It's a surprise for me and Amjad considering we hated malays in the past.. and here are 4 malays starting a new clique. Blood Bank tour was fun!! We got to see how serological tests were done! We even got to see how we'll work in future! Blood donation seemed scary to me at first, but after witnessing it with my very own eyes, it wasn't as scary as i had first imagined.
